A great post for reflection here on a Saturday Tanja. I did appreciate the quote by Ashley Montagu - βThe moments of happiness we enjoy take us by surprise. It is not that we seize them, but that they seize us.β I discovered that Ashley was an anthropologist whose important theory was that women were innately superior to men! https://www.theguardian.com/news/1999/dec/01/guardianobituaries1
Perhaps this is a title for one of your future posts??
It is true that the perfect moments seem to find us rather than us finding them. I suppose that the key is to approach each day with gratefulness and anticipation of a perfect moment.
What a great song by Nina Simone. Trust you find a perfect moment in the week ahead
