You are giving us all great tuition Tanja and it is helpful that you are trying to move we procrastinators now out of our comfort zones! I'm trying to find some positives about our comfort zones and thought to myself - according to the wonderful books by Marcus Buckingham - that we are best to operate in areas of our strengths - which he defines as "what makes you feel strong". His other point is that our weaknesses - are mostly areas we don't improve. So - my hypothesis is that we find our comfort zones in our areas of strength and it may be wise for us to operate in these "comfort zones" as these are areas where we will achieve the most. Do you think that this hypothesis is possible or am I just in denial?
I am glad you enjoyed the short video, Reuben, it’s always soothing to be in and at the lake.
I am absolutely on board in playing on our strengths rather than only concentrating on our deficits. It is so much more fun and rewarding. We cannot all be good at everything. That doesn’t mean though - at least for me personally - that we should not work on improving ourselves in all aspects. I suppose as with most things in life it is about balance.
Ha! Great choice of track, I enjoyed that, even from my uncomfortable position.
Thank you Jon, I am glad you enjoyed it. Wishing you a fabulous weekend!
