I also just remembered a great saying from a boss many years ago who said “I may not always be right but I’m never wrong”. It needs great skill to deal with the “never wrong” bossss
It’s a right along the lines of: “Rule #1, I am always right! Rule #2, if I am not right, rule #1 is automatically applied.” A bit like our current governments are handling things!
