Belief in the existence of a transmissible virus will keep humanity in bondage by those who say they will keep us safe, and instead are ruining our lives with all their NPIs and quackcines.

I'm reading this in November 2025, such a shame I didn't come across your excellent writing much earlier. Looking back to the time that you wrote this, I remember the feeling of waiting for the mandates to hit, trying desperately to keep my children from getting the jabs (my wife was pro everything). As November, then December, and finally January (when they moved the jab policy to the 12 year olds), I felt my control being lost. I failed my two eldest as there was no way to stop it as there was a local court case with squabbling parents, and of course the pro vaccine parent won (of course). My children are fine, no adverse reactions, but that was just pure luck, and I worry for their future. The Madness of the crowds was manic in New Zealand. Still is I think.
