Hi Tanya, you're absolutely right - remote working is not a positive move, for most people anyway. I remetall that isolation during Covid, it was a truly stressful experience, and it was equivalent to extreme remote working. More than that, since I started my new job I realize that the people bit is a proper skill on its own. I'm no longer dealing with just numbers, and even though I was part of a team before, I really find that I do have some people skills which actually help the quality of the numbers improve. I couldn't be doing that from a remote place. It must be done facw to face.
