Many shocking things about your post and I suppose the most important thing is the prostitution of the German Football Federation in selling to Nike. The only question is whether the pink uniform was a Nike idea or not? It does show the big money involved - at least $100 million for using the Nike jerseys.
The only good news is that many in Germany and France seems to be waking up - from the results of the EU elections. However, it is almost impossible to beat the EU bureaucrats. I see yesterday that Hungary has been fined β¬300 million and β¬1 million per day for not adhering to EU immigration policy.
Hopefully the "pretty in pink" boys will at least get a lot of cash!!
Thank you, Reuben, and it so true that many shocking things are going on. I deliberately avoided writing about the EU elections. The result in Germany is not really surprising but not enough yet. It is enough though for the old parties to be terrified. The climate in Germany allows it though that a member of parliament from one party and with this the entire party is labelled as Nazi by another politician in a TV talk show. But the most tragic thing is that nobody intervenes... sad but true. Wishing you a happy weekend!
This is always where it was destined to go once the EU was established. It has taken longer than I imagined. Germans thought we Americans were weird for flying our flag 20 years ago. One World Order!!!
As usual Tanja, love your photo and in this case wonder if it is a rosΓ© or perhaps a riesling light by the backdrop?

Unfortunately very true! We are in a downward spiral. Yet I wish you an amazing weekend, Patti!
