When I saw the following tweet by Bob Moran - if you donβt follow him on Twitter or Instagram, I can only recommend you do as his artwork is amazing and always spot on - I was inspired to write about those beacons of light.
Actually, what I would like to do today is share with you my personal beacons of light in these sometimes rather bleak-looking times. These are people to whom I am endlessly grateful as they not only help me keep my sanity but also give me a feeling of not being alone or completely mad. They brighten my day, share their knowledge and wisdom freely and help me learn so much. So, this is a thank you to each and every one of them, even if I donβt know most of these people personally, I feel in some way connected.
Check out what they have to say and if you have not yet done, subscribe to their stacks - it is so worth it. The order in which I am listing these amazing people and stacks shows no preference so here it goes:
Margaret Anna Alice, was so kind to let me share one of her amazing stacks as my guest! In case you missed it you can read Special Issue #43 again. Reading her pieces is always a great experience.
El gato malo - the best bad cat and apart from my own two cats, my personal favourite π
Reuben J Rose, writes beautifully and I always look forward to his weekly stack. He is kind, and insightful, and shares his wisdom generously.
Dr. Robert W. Malone, I probably donβt have to say anything about this man but apart from his great stacks I admittedly love his Friday Funnies!
Eugyppius, compiled the hard facts and even if sometimes hard to read, always enlightening.
Tim Price, someone with a sharp mind and whom I almost met personally for lunch several weeks ago - one day⦠His podcast, State of the Markets, is something you should definitely subscribe to.
What can I say? Great insights and a must-read!
James Delingpole, is most certainly an unusual chap and definitely someone that polarises. I enjoy his stack.
Mark Oshinskie, he does write the real-life stories of this Coronamania - as announced.
Scott Campbell writes amazing pieces that are fun to read and insightful. In every piece, you can feel that this man has lived. Apart from that you will find some stunningly beautiful photographs.
Leo Mascaro, simply has to be on this list as he keeps gifting me new music that I would otherwise have missed.
Of course, I know there are so many more but there are the ones I read regularly and I wanted to share them with you.
Especially in the times we are living in, I believe we all are in great need of as many beacons of light as we can get. So thank you to all of the above and to all those beacons that I did not mention here today - KEEP GOING!
πΆMy Song of the Day
One of my beacons of light is music and I love Tom Misch - Lost in Paris!

πMy Poem of the Day
Is by the amazing Lucille Clifton (1936β2010)
Homage To My Hips
these hips are big hips they need space to move around in. they don't fit into little petty places. these hips are free hips. they don't like to be held back. these hips have never been enslaved, they go where they want to go they do what they want to do. these hips are mighty hips. these hips are magic hips. i have known them to put a spell on a man and spin him like a top!
πImpressions
This is an old one I took 2015 at Cap Formentor on Mallorca in 2015
To begin any kind of transformation, you have to know what your story is before you can navigate to something better and write a new story, becoming the best possible version of yourself. This is what the Enneagram and I can do for you. I would be happy to take the time forΒ a speed coaching call that you can reserve right hereΒ go to myΒ websiteΒ or simply hit reply and get in touch with me directly.
Thank you for reading and if you enjoy it, share it, leave a β€οΈ, or a comment. Wishing you a wonderful day wherever you are!
Yours

Thanks Tanja for your recommendation and some that I didn't know about. You do a remarkable job of always finding something interesting to write about and importantly, to always have a positive view of the world, despite the evidence otherwise!
Thanks for the mention, Tania! Keep Going! β‘οΈ
