I have been anticipating today for months…
My little family was supposed to be reunited tonight for the first time in over a year - my daughter was to come home for Christmas!

What Counts

💭Thought of the Day
What can I say, I was overjoyed and looking forward to hold my little girl (she will forgive me and knows she will always be my baby) again after very long 14 months. And as of yesterday, the Uk was declared a risk area with a particularly high risk of infection (virus variant area) and she would have had to quarantine for 14 days - but she could not stay that long... I can't put into words how disheartened and dismayed I am that our little family cannot be together this Christmas either.
